Our Policies 

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. Valid id must be shown at time of delivery.


Our Refund/Return Policy: 
Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Hunt & Ryde Winery will pay all shipping costs.

Hunt & Ryde Winery will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Hunt & Ryde Winery and all shipping costs will be covered by Hunt & Ryde Winery.

If the wine you ordered arrives damaged:
If the damage is visible, do not accept the order from the shipping company.
Please call us at (707) 433-3858 and we will work with you to get the wine replaced.
If you have any questions regarding the status of any return/refund request, please email info@huntrydewinery.com listing your original purchase transaction number in the title.
